Cutting & Forming
Advanced cutting and forming capabilities enable Stephens Metal to efficiently process sheet, plate, tube, pipe, and structural materials for everything from precision components to large-scale fabricated assemblies.

Our equipment lineup includes five laser systems, tube lasers, waterjets, and four press brakes with forming capacity up to 800 tons.
Welding & Fabrication
From production weldments to complex structural assemblies, Stephens Metal combines skilled fabrication teams with comprehensive manual and automated welding capabilities.
We provide MIG, TIG, spot, stud, seam, and robotic welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, tube, pipe, and structural components. By integrating welding and fabrication with cutting, forming, machining, finishing, and assembly, we help keep complex projects streamlined and efficiently managed under one roof.
Large-Scale Fabrication
Stephens Metal has the infrastructure and capacity to manufacture weldments and assemblies up to 24 tons for demanding industrial, energy, infrastructure, automation, and OEM applications.
Our large-scale fabrication capabilities include a 70' × 320' main assembly bay, high-capacity overhead lifting systems, 20' under-hook crane height, large-format fabrication stations, and integrated machining and finishing resources.
From structural skids and machine platforms to tanks, processing equipment, and complete industrial systems, Stephens Metal has the space, equipment, and expertise to take on large, complex builds at scale.
CNC Machining
Our in-house machining operations provide precision milling and turning for individual components, production parts, and finish-machining of fabricated weldments and assemblies.

Finish machining of welded assemblies

Dedicated Stainless Steel Manufacturing

With cutting, forming, machining, welding, fabrication, finishing, and assembly all available in-house, Stephens Metal provides greater control over cleanliness, weld quality, surface finish, repeatability, and production schedules from start to finish.
